You will let me know whether you think the photo is suitable.

You will also let me know the details of delivery and payment.

If I agree, I shall pay an initial payment of about 25% and I therewith grant you the commission.

You guarantee my satisfaction: if I am fully dissatisfied, I do not have to pay the rest amount due.
